HEALING IS A JOURNEY
Helping Families &and Communities Heal Together
About Dr. Roy
I’m Dr. Roy, a licensed clinical psychologist with a background in neuroscience. I’m also a mom, a runner, and an outdoor enthusiast who believes in the power of connection, resilience, and compassion.
My passion lies in increasing mental health awareness and creating safe, supportive spaces for healing. As an advocate for trauma-informed care, I specialize in helping individuals and communities better understand the impact of trauma and how to move through it with strength and clarity.
I work closely with educators, students, and families across New England to provide tools that support emotional wellbeing, academic success, and healthy relationships. Whether through direct care, consultation, or speaking engagements, my goal is to make mental health education accessible, relevant, and empowering.

SCHOOL CONSULTATIONS
04
INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY THERAPY
I provide individual and family therapy with a focus on adolescents, while also working with clients across the lifespan. Sessions take place in person at my Exeter, NH office, where I offer a supportive space to explore challenges and foster growth.
The TRUST Program
The TRUST (trauma responsive unified support team) program, first piloted in a Title I elementary school in Nashua, NH, in 2020, has now expanded to over 15 New England schools. Led by Dr. Roy, this team of school professionals "wraps around" students needing the most support. TRUST has a proven track record of increasing student attendance and strengthening home-school relationships, while decreasing office referrals, keeping kids in classrooms, and reducing staff burnout and turnover. Let's explore bringing this impactful program to your school.
Upcoming Events
