I hear you. And I’m here for you.

First, I’m a mom, wife, and daughter.

I’m also a licensed clinical psychologist with a deep background in neuroscience. My personal journey took me and my growing family across the globe where the experiences working with diverse communities changed my life.

Our world is due for a major cultural shift in the way we understand, talk about, and treat mental health. My passion is helping communities heal together through a process of mental health education, connection, and application.

I do this work for families and educators. They are the backbone of our communities and the systems in greatest need right now.
